CHC CEO Joins the LA County Prevention & Population Task Force

LOS ANGELES, CA — Community Health Councils is proud to announce the appointment of its Chief Executive Officer, Veronica Flores, to the Los Angeles County Community Prevention and Population Health Task Force (Task Force). This Task Force was created as the result of an amendment by Supervisor Mark Ridley-Thomas to the August 11, 2015, Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors motion developing a Health Agency to serve as an umbrella to integrate services across the Departments of Health Services, Public Health, and Mental Health.
